Once we've arrived at your event site, CMI provides speaker ready rooms allowing presenters to check in, get any help they may require, and of course, practice their presentations. As always, our staff is ready to assist you.

Your speakers need only arrive at their assigned room. Each presentation is made readily available on the presentation computer.
